In January 2022, Siena College and the Institute for Leadership Development received a nearly half-million dollar grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation to provide leadership training from a trauma-informed perspective to teams of priests, lay leaders, and principals from across the Albany Diocese. This session explores the connection between the Institute for Pastoral Leaders and Franciscan education values and demonstrates the transformational impact of the training sessions.
