Siena’s Criminal Justice Studies Program, launched this fall, explores criminal justice through the prism of social, restorative and transformational justice. This unique major is driven and shaped by the Franciscan precepts of community restoration, social transformation, access to resources sufficient for humans to thrive, and justice for all. Our presentation will elucidate the goals of the Program and demonstrate how we are educating Franciscan change-makers in criminal and social justice.
