This session will show how a shared governance matrix helps shape a university’s engagement in its budget process. The presenters will show five years of developing and fine-tuning this “Work Group” process within our Catholic and Franciscan heritage balancing both mission and margin. The presenters will engage their audience in questions with responses from successes and learning opportunities. Participants may share their processes that might contribute ideas for ‘Lighting the Way: Franciscan Education.”
