The transition from high school to college is intimidating. The uncertainty of taking college-level classes and navigating an unfamiliar campus can be overwhelming. Siena recognized that something needed to be done to help guide this transition and created The Siena Experience Team — a one-stop-shop designed to help the community, with the goal of empathy-based customer service.
