Franciscan education prepares our students for lives embracing and demonstrating Franciscan values, both personally and professionally. This session will explore the intersection of Franciscan values and principles, current leadership theories, and the characteristics and needs of the generation of emerging leaders. It is our responsibility to prepare students for successful leadership roles at all levels in the world after graduation, in creating a more just and peaceful world.
