Authentic, servant, relational, and steward leadership styles emerged in the late 20th century to bring greater ethics, collaboration, and effectiveness to leadership. This session will help faculty, staff, and administrators enhance their leadership and collaborative practices by understanding how themes from within the Franciscan Intellectual Tradition align with skills and behaviors within these leadership styles. Participants will consider which elements they currently use and which new ones they may apply to their leadership and followership.
