This presentation focuses on a faculty development pathway in community engaged teaching and learning that brings faculty along the path of experimentation, identity development, and advocacy. Through a review of models and stories, participants will leave with an understanding of how community-engaged faculty development builds skills and competencies that, in turn, lead to deeper student connection to the communities we serve.
