Educators and students benefit from the relationship we have with the Friars and the broader Franciscan Community. We have created a means for faculty and students from nursing and health studies to connect with the Franciscan Mission in Negril, Jamaica. The aim has been to come alongside friars and community members as they build a health clinic in an underserved community in the Westmoreland Parish. We share an assessment of this work and lessons learned.
